DISCOVERY
  • Firstly, we go through the entire project with the client's expectation based on their agreement and start to exhibit proposals about the plans and designs objectives of the client's requirement.
  • Understanding the customer proposal and collaborate with a team and to make clear every skepticism which team has.
  • Have a clear vision about the project and come up with an effective blueprint.
DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT
  • Once we get clear with our documentation of the project, the design part will start to focus on Brand and Graphic design of using UI/UX by our designer for a website creation then design stage completed, review the layouts and move on to the developing side.
  • The collective requirements will be based on the front end, back end, web services to develop services and features and it gives positive trial to a website.
  • Finalizing design and development in client evaluation.
PLANNING
  • For successful execution of the project creating documentation based on client’s requirement is vital.
  • Verifying Document and substance to make approval from client-side prompt the project plan of action.
EXAMINE OUTPUT
  • Every stage is tested manually.
  • Identify the reported bugs and rectify attach to the project backlog.
  • Once issues are fixed the application is retested for its final quality and presented for client approval.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE
  • Strengthening the product by agile process.
  • Examining security level of web page regularly. Backing up the coding in a short span of time.
  • In case of any error or bug occurring, the problem will be sorted out immediately.
  • Processing the newly updated version of the webpage on time.
